Yes, we are fully accredited with the Gas Safe Register, our registration ID is 213743 and we can be verified on the Gas Safe website.

Yes. All of our workmanship comes with a 12 month guarantee and our only real limitation is that we do not warranty or guarantee for changes within the law.

All of our materials come with at least a 12 month manufacturer's limited liability guarantee. We'll normally inform you if a part guarantee differs from the standard 12 month rule prior to fitting.

Boilers will normally come with a 7yr manufacturer's limited liability guarantee. We will inform you of restrictions or specialist clauses on request, likewise, if you need clarification on how the manufacturer operates, we'll be able to assist.

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1700.

For contract clients and those on Service Plans, we offer a 24hr call out service which is available 365 days a year.

Weekend and out-of-hour appointments are available on request for non-contracted clients, but these will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

No. We are exclusively a gas and heating/hot water company. We do not undertake general plumbing tasks at this time.

Unfortunately we do not accept credit or debit cards at the moment. However this is something that we are currently considering, we just need to decide how this would work and be best implemented to suit our clients that wish to pay in this way without effecting those that do not.

We do accept cash (Although we have limitation on how much cash we will accept as payment for a job), cheque's, bank drafts and BACs (Direct bank transfer payments).

No. Sorry, all works must be paid for in full in accordance with our terms and conditions (Available on request).

Yes. However all of the sub-contractors we use are checked and verified to the same exacting standards as our employed engineers.

We have to use sub-contractors to ensure we have a flexible work force that can expand during busy periods, but impact on our pricing during quieter periods. You are entitled to request that sub-contractors are not sent to your jobs and we will try to ensure this happens whenever possible.

Due to our extensive range of gas services, we do not have a fixed pricing schedule. All works are priced per-job to be competetive and reflect the workmanship involved. Parts are sourced and priced from various suppliers and will often change with the market. To ensure we stay competetive, prices are sourced at the time that they are needed.

All of our quotations are issued free of charge with no pressure selling, you will find that we have a unique attitude to sales in the fact that you either want to use us or you do not.

We believe in providing excellent value for money and a service to match. All of our workmanship is of the highest standards and although we are never going to be able to compete with every quotation, we will also never carry out work to some of the appalling standards that we've seen.
