We're primarily a domestic gas company — and we think that's actually an advantage when it comes to smaller commercial work. We bring domestic-level attention to detail, punctuality and communication to commercial premises where those qualities are often lacking. We take our responsibilities seriously. All of our engineers undergo standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks as a minimum. For engineers who work in schools, colleges and other educational or child-facing environments, we go further — Enhanced DBS checks and barring list clearance are required before any site access is granted.

Yes. Engineers who work in schools and educational environments hold Enhanced DBS checks and have completed barring list checks. This is a requirement we apply before any engineer is assigned to a school site — it's not optional and it's not done retrospectively. You can request confirmation of this as part of any appointment.

Yes — we're approved members of the SafeContractor health and safety accreditation scheme, and we're registered with StatLog. If you need to onboard us through a formal procurement framework, these registrations make that process straightforward. Contact us and we can supply your procurement team with the relevant details.

In many cases, yes. For larger jobs such as boiler replacements in schools or commercial kitchens, we can schedule work during holidays, weekends or out-of-hours periods to minimise disruption. This is something we agree upfront when quoting the job.

Yes. Planned Preventive Maintenance contracts give you scheduled visits, priority response times for reactive callouts, fixed annual costs and a single point of contact for all gas-related matters across your site or portfolio.
