Think of your boiler like your car. You wouldn't drive 20,000 miles without an oil change and expect the manufacturer's warranty to still be valid — and the same logic applies to your boiler. An annual service isn't just routine maintenance; it's the single most important thing you can do to protect your warranty, your safety and your heating bills.
⚠️ Missing a service can void your boiler warranty
Most boiler manufacturers — including Vaillant, Viessmann, Worcester Bosch and Ideal — require annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer as a condition of their extended warranty. Skip a year and you could find yourself with a faulty boiler, no warranty cover and a four-figure repair bill. We'll remind you each year so this never happens.
Our standard annual service follows the industry standard model of servicing by emissions. It will keep the warranty of most younger appliances valid, but appliances over 3 years old may benefit from a full service, your boiler safe and your heating running efficiently — carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer with a signed service record issued on completion.

Book your service
Call, email or use the button below. We'll arrange a time that suits you — early morning and Saturday slots available.

Engineer arrives, on time
We give a two-hour arrival window and stick to it. Your engineer will have the right tools and manufacturer-specific knowledge for your boiler.

Full service carried out
The engineer works through the full manufacturer service schedule. Most services take 45 minutes to an hour.

Service record issued
You receive a signed service record on completion — the document your manufacturer needs to keep your warranty valid.

We add you to our reminder system so your warranty stays valid without you having to remember.
